House on the Coast

This single-family house is located on a hillside on the Maresme coast with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. These conditions inspired a design approach based on the organization of the project in three stacked blocks adapted to the topography, which are closed on the public side and completely open on the back side overlooking the sea.

Access is at the level of the street where the main living area, kitchen and dining room are located. The bedrooms are located on the level below grade and on the roof level there is a large swimming pool with a common area and a terrace solarium.

The vertical connection between the different levels is made through the central stairway placed directly across from a small interior patio, which visually connects the different uses.
